Orders should be in by Tuesday to be included in the following week’s shipment.
Should your food arrive to you thawed but cold, it is safe to feed or refreeze (cold meaning 41°F (5°C) or cooler). If it is warmer than what you would expect to find in the refrigerator, please contact us ASAP.
